Dynamic Restoration Solutions LLC announces partnership with Code Blue Restoration Program.  Code Blue uses IICRC S500 standards, approved by the American National Standards Institute, to ensure trained practitioners execute "The Science of Drying" to get a predictable return to pre-loss conditions as quickly as possible.  These standards specify how to use physical water removal, evaporation, dehumidification and temperature control to reduce unnecessary demolition, expensive replacement of costly structural materials, and collateral damage.

"Code Blue Restoration Program works closely with a wide variety of insurance companies across the nation to ensure that a restoration contractor like Dynamic Restoration Solutions gets the job done right. It's like getting the Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval so that we can, through a third party, prove to the insurance companies and their customers that we do work the proper way according to industry best practice guidelines and without cutting any corners" said Andrea Turner Owner and Director of Business Development.

Dave Johnson, Owner and Director of Operations said, "The ability for our business to meet the high quality standards of Code Blue and work with them as a preferred contractor is very exciting."

Dynamic Restoration Solutions LLC is proud to announce that Dave Johnson, Owner and Director of Operations, completed his re-accreditation and updated training for Water Restoration through the IICRC, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.

Andrea Turner, Owner and Director of Business Development, has also completed her certification for Water Restoration.

Both Andrea and Dave also completed advanced training and received certification for Advanced Structural Drying (ASD).  The IICRC-approved Applied Structural Drying (ASD) course is designed to teach the effective, efficient and timely drying of water-damaged structures and contents, using comprehensive classroom and hands-on-training, in order to facilitate appropriate decision making within a restorative drying environment.  The ASD certification ensures that the restoration professional thoroughly understands the science behind drying, in particular drying in place, to provide for a healthy, clean, dry, and mold free property to customers.

"I'm very excited about the recertification and completion of the WRT and ASD trainings.  I am working to update all of my training and certifications to combine with my years of industry experience to qualify as a Master Restorer, and I'm very close to achieving that goal," said Dave Johnson, Owner and Director of Operations.

Andrea Turner, Owner and Director of Business Development said, "The science behind restoration and addressing damage properly is highly complex.  Many people mistakenly believe that they can turn on a fan and be good-to-go.  That simply is not the case.  Factors such as dew point, humidity, positive and negative air pressure environments, and temperature - both inside the structure and the outside environment - play a tremendous role in properly addressing a water loss.  I am very proud to have completed this advanced training."

Dynamic Restoration Solutions LLC has announced that the business has invested in an additional truck mount hot water steam extraction unit, the Sapphire Scientific 570 Truck Mount, Sapphire's most powerful truck mount offers all the advantages of the Sapphire line - high performance, high heat, and durable build - plus, advanced triple-source heat cogeneration to produce steady, powerful heat for fast, consistent cleaning and extraction.

Most carpet manufacturers recommend that their products be cleaned with hot water extraction.  Natural fibers are cleaned with hot water extraction to prevent shrinkage, as is upholstery.  It can be used to treat stains as well, unlike steam cleaning, which is avoided because it can actually set stains permanently.  Steam cleaning is often used with synthetic carpet, and some people believe the higher level of heat will improve the cleanliness of their carpet.

Homeowners should beware of renting or buying products like extractors and steamers to use at home.  Inexperience and sub-par equipment could lead to detergent residue, while inadequate ventilation could cause mold growth.

The hot water extraction method is by far the most recommended and most used method for cleaning carpets, area rugs, as well as furniture and upholstery.  This method is not only safe for all of these surfaces but people and pets, as well, because of the lack of chemicals.  It is also very effective in removing dust, dirt, and other debris lodged in the carpet fibers.  Dynamic Restoration Solutions LLC uses this preferred method to offer safe, effective, and environmentally friendly carpet cleaning services.

The hot water extraction method works by applying heated water mixed with a cleaning solution to the surface and extracting it back out.  Our hot water extraction machines are truck mounts with engines that heat the water to up to 250 degrees and send a mixture of the heated water and a cleaning solution through hoses to the applicator.  The applicator propels the hot water and solution mix deep into the carpet fibers at a high pressure to loosen the debris embedded in the fibers.  A high-powered vacuum on the applicator immediately removes the hot water solution along with the dust and debris from the carpet.  The temperature of the water not only helps to dislodge dirt, dust, and stains, but also sanitizes the surface as it cleans.

There are several advantages to using the hot water extraction method on carpets, area rugs, and upholstery.  One advantage is that it is safe for the materials as well as people and pets.  The solution used with hot water extraction is not as harsh as chemical cleaners, making it safe for people and pets to walk on the carpet sooner with less of a chance of damaging the surface or leaving residue behind.

Another advantage is that the drying time is much faster than other methods.  Carpets cleaned with the hot water extraction method can be used within hours of cleaning.

The final advantage of this method is that it sanitizes as well as cleans.  We heat the water used for this method to temperatures between 180 and 250 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the application to safely and effectively leave the surfaces clean and unharmed.  Our hot water extraction method is also hot enough to leave the surfaces effectively sanitized.  Contact Dynamic Restoration Solutions LLC at 618.713.0615 to learn more about how the hot water extraction method may benefit your home.
